The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners had filed an application with the Tahsildar for mutating names in the 7/12 extract.

The applications are pending since 2011.

In case the revenue authority is not proceeding with the matter, the petitioners have an avenue to approach Committee constituted under the Circular dated 13.02.2015. 4.

The petitioners may move the Committee. The Committee on receipt of the application from the petitioners, shall take cognizance of the same and issue the necessary directions preferably, within four months from the date of receipt of the application.
