Mr. Rudrawar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has made a prayer seeking directions against the respondents to hold the elections of the primary agricultural co-operative credit societies. The learned counsel further submits that, the similar issue has been dealt with by this Court and disposed of the petitions.

Under order dated 18th November, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 11669 of 2021 with other connected writ petitions, we have considered the statement made by the State Election Authority and the State Authorities and observed that the election authorities have commenced the election process of primary agricultural societies in phase wise manner.

In view of that, the present writ petition is also disposed of. No costs.
