Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with with C.R. No. 609 of 2023 registered with Chopda Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 332, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 506, 427, 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the allegations against all the accused are omnibus in nature and the co-accused are granted anticipatory bail. He, therefore, seeks same relief.

Learned APP opposed the application by citing seriousness of the crime.

Order passed by this Court in ABA No. 970/2024 Umesh

940-ABA-1707-2024.odt indicates the the role alleged against present Applicant and co-accused who is granted anticipatory bail is identical. This Court, therefore, finds it to be fit case to apply parity. In the result, application is allowed by confirming interim order dated 10.10.2024.
