The petitioner claims to have belonged to "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe. Since his tribe certificate has not been validated by the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, he is before us.

The fact is that, the petitioner's blood relative Amit Maroti Konkatwar has been granted validity vide order dated 24/2/2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition

W.P. No.12037/2025 :: 2 ::

No.12315/2024. The learned A.G.P. does not dispute the relationship to grant the conditional validity. In view of the same, the Writ Petition partly succeeds. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The impugned order passed by the Scrutiny Committee is quashed and set aside.

(iii) The respondent Scrutiny Committee shall forthwith issue the tribe validity certificate of "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe to the petitioner, which shall be subject to the outcome of reverification proposed by the Scrutiny Committee.

(iv) The petitioner shall not claim equities.
