The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided schools are pending with the Education Officer. The Education Officer has not taken decision upon it. 2.

In case the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioners from unaided to aided schools are pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six weeks.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
