DATE : 26th November, 2024 Per Court :- The petitioner's proposal for validation of his tribe claim has been pending with the Scrutiny Committee and by the communication dated 30.09.2024, the Tahasildar, Parbhani has proposed a drastic action on his failure to produce a validity certificate.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the matter has been closed for passing final order, which the Scrutiny Committee would pass within two weeks.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the Writ Petition with further direction that for a period of four weeks, no adverse order shall be passed pursuant to the impugned communication dated 30.09.2024 (Exhibit A).
