PER COURT :­ Heard. In this petition, the petitioner has taken exception to letter dated 4th December, 2013, addressed by Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Latur.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that, the petitioner has not received any individual notice. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, the Petition is premature. Therefore, as and when the petitioner receives individual notice, it would be open for petitioner to assail such notice, if petitioner desirous to do so. We make it clear that without issuing individual notice to the petitioner and similarly situated Assistant Teachers, the Respondents shall not effect recovery of the amount. 3.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of. 4.
