Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have applied for alternate land under the rehabilitation scheme. The same is also forwarded to the Deputy Collector, Rehabilitation on 27.11.2018. The decision is not yet taken on it. 2.

In case the application for grant of alternate land is pending with respondent no.5, then respondent no.5 shall take decision on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
