The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.496 passed by the Ad-Hoc Committee vide its meeting dated 25.07.2023 pursuant to which the Applicant is permitted to construct pre-cast RCC compound wall over the premises of the Shirdi Sansthan at an approximate cost of Rs.3,79,59,670/- and call for the Etender for the said purpose." 2.

We have perused Resolution No.496, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.

In view of the above, this application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B'.
