The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is in respect of pendency of his proposal before the respondent No. 2 in respect of grant of approval to the transfer from non-aided post to aided post. If any proposal as claimed by the petitioner for approval from non-aided post to aided post is pending with the respondent No. 2, the same shall be decided within a period of four months on its own merits.

The respondent No. 2 while deciding the proposal of the petitioner shall consider the judgment delivered by this Court dated 04.07.2019 in writ petition No. 1493 of 2018. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
