The Applicant-Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put forth prayer Clause 'B', which reads as under:- "B.

The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution 297 dtd. 12.04.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to distribute Free Boondi Packets of 50 Grams each to the devotees in the Darshan Line instead of Boondi Laddos at an estimated cost of Rs.23,90,93,221/- (Twenty Three Crores Ninety Lacs Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty One Rupees). For one year." 2.

We have perused Resolution No.297, which is approved by the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee.
