Deputy Director of Education Shri. Kailas Datkhil is present in the Court. On his instructions, learned AGP submits that, petitioner has not furnished an undertaking that he shall forgo further benefits, if the decision of the Supreme Court goes against him and therefore name of the petitioner could not be taken in Shalarth ID. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner undertakes to furnish the said undertaking. Petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Director of Education on 15.12.2025 and furnish the undertaking. After the said undertaking is furnished, name of the petitioner shall be taken Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 941-CP-823-2025 in Shalarth ID without further delay.
