We have heard Mr. Chandole, learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner at no point of time has carried out allopathic practice. The complaint is filed by the Medical Officer on the basis of vague allegations. Said Shaikh Bashir Shaikh Pashamiya has not filed the complaint. Who has intimated the complainant is also not made clear.

We have heard learned A.P.P. also.

The present petition is seeking quashment of the complaint. The complaint, as it is, will be considered. Considering the averments made in the complaint no case is made out for quashing of the
crwp1355.15 -2complaint, as recitals made in the complaint make out a case for the offence alleged.

The petitioner can file appropriate application at an appropriate stage for discharge or otherwise.
