The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India submits that the Petitioner has a statutory remedy of approaching the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. The Bombay Bench of the Tribunal holds a camp/circuit bench hearing at Aurangabad.

Considering the above and since the videoconference (V.C.) facility is now available throughout country, the Petitioner can very well file a petition before the Central

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that this Petition may be converted into an application before the learned Tribunal.
