Mr.Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 17th December 2014, passed by this Court, the respondent-management has now forwarded the salary bills to the Education Officer. The grievance in respect of the same

The learned counsel submits that now the only grievance is with regard to the preparation of service book and merger of the Provident Fund Account maintained during service as Primary Teacher into existing Provident Fund Account. 2] Mr.Garud, learned counsel submits that the petitioner herself is Head Master. The respondent management does not have the service book of the petitioner. According to Mr.Jadhavar, earlier petitioner was working as an Assistant Teacher and the service book of the petitioner was in custody of erstwhile Head Master.

3] The management may prepare the duplicate service book of the petitioner. The petitioner shall cooperate in preparation of the said service book. Parties may take assistance and instructions from the concerned Education Officer.

4] If there is no other legal impediment, then the Provident Fund account of the petitioner maintained during service as primary teacher be considered for merger with the existing Provident Fund Account. If the Education Officer has received any proposal, the same be considered expeditiously as per law. 5] Writ Petition accordingly disposed of with aforesaid observations. No costs.
