The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has filed an application for grant of rental compensation the same is not yet decided.

The learned A. G. P. states that, in case, the application filed by the petitioner for rental compensation is pending the authority would decide the same on its own merits.

The Acquiring Body though served is absent. In case, the application filed by the petitioner for grant of rental compensation (page 11) is pending with the authority then, the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and its policy, expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months. 4.
