In all these matters, though the Court had issued notices, the office could not process the notices as the petitioners/ applicants did not supply the copies of the respective petition/ application paper books. Time is granted on the following conditions :- (a) The petitioners/ applicants shall deposit an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) in their respective petitions/ applications, as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" and produce a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 05.12.2019.

(b) Copies of the petition/ application paper book for issuing

*3* notices shall be supplied on or before 05.12.2019. (c) If either of the above two conditions are not complied with, the proceeding in which such condition is not complied with, shall stand dismissed without reference to the court on 06.12.2019.

(d) If the above directions are fully complied with, a fresh notice be issued to the unserved respondents returnable on 22.01.2020.
