Pursuant to the notice issued in this petition, Ms. Aisha @ Ravneet Kaur Bagga has appeared before this Court along with her parents. It appears that the Police had instructed them to appear before the Court. The Police Authorities were also present. We found it to be a case of emotional involvement. So as to exclude the possibility of influence of the parents on the mind of lady, we decided to entertain the matter in chamber.

The learned APP is present. The petitioner - Mohammed Danish Mohammed Javed Hanfi is also present before us. We permitted both, the petitioner and lady to talk privately. They availed

1468.2023WP -2the opportunity. Thereafter, we inquired with her about her wish. She expressed her desire to join her parents. Since she is above 18 years of age, we leave her to her discretion.
