Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioners seeking direction of this Court to respondent No. 3 to decide the application filed by the petitioners for allotment of Government land Gat No. 214 admeasuring 1.57 R at Faizpur for Eid Prayers as an additional land to be allotted for Eidgah. 2.

Upon taking instructions from respondent No. 3, learned AGP appearing for all respondents submits that the application will be decided within a period of 12 weeks from today. Statement is accepted as undertaking.
