The present proceedings can be disposed of, as they are taken out against the interim order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, in the matter of payment of maintenance.

The petitioner - husband claims to have deposited Rs.1 Lac before this Court. He shall deposit Rs.1 Lac more before this Court within a period of four weeks from today. Respondent no.1 - wife will be entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.2 Lacs as shall be deposited. 4.

The petitioner - husband shall continue to pay an amount of Rs. 4,500/- per month to respondents no.1 and 2 till the decision of the proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate. 5.

Criminal Writ Petitions stand disposed of in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
