These applications are filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in the office of this Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant relied on the order dated 4th Ethape

( 2 ) 923-CA-8205-2025 July 2025 passed by this Court in CA/6324/2025 in FAST/5153/2025. 4.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Civil Applications stand partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this Court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

(iii) Further 25% of the amount alongwith accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iv) Remaining amount be deposited in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank till final disposal of the appeal. (v) With this, civil applications stand disposed off. [KISHORE C. SANT, J.] Ethape
