There is prima-facie case against the Applicant. Offence punishable under Section 3 (1)(xi) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act as applicable on the day of incident is clearly made out. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Criminal writ petition stands rejected. All earlier orders stand set aside.
