The applicants have preferred these applications seeking condonation of 37 days delay in filing the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Reference Court. 4.
Considering the overall facts of the case and cause assigned in the light of unchallenged pleadings made in respective applications, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:
