The petitioners are challenging the order of invalidation, whereby, their Thakur scheduled tribe certificates have been confiscated and cancelled. Since the impugned order was a common order in respect of the petitioners claim as also the similar claim of one Rajlaxmi 1/2

956.WP.13042.21.odt Rajeshwar Suryawanshi and since in Writ Petition No.13070/2021 by the order dated 03.12.2021, the impugned order was quashed and set aside in respect of the Rajlaxmi, for the selfsame reasons the writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the present petitioners.

The respondent scrutiny committee shall immediately issue validity certificates to the petitioners of "Thakur" scheduled tribe. 4.

The validity shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters which the committee has decided to reopen in respect of the validity holders.
