By this petition, the petitioners challenge the judgment and award dated 12.10.2022, delivered by the learned Judge, Labour Court, Nanded and Ex-Officio Employees Compensation Commissioner in application (WCA) No. 48 of 2017. 2.
The petitioners cannot approach this Court in view of Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, which mandates the management to deposit entire decreetal amount as granted by the Labour court, in the Labour court, and after obtaining a receipt of deposit, attach the receipt to the First Appeal, setting forth substantial questions of law.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition and file the First Appeal.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions, with liberty to avail of the statutory remedy, as is permissible in law.
