Heard Mr Shelke, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner 2.
Mr Shelke, learned Counsel for the petitioner is fair enough to submit before this Court that post filing of the petition, the affidavit-inreply is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4 and in view of the order dated 20th June, 2019, which is placed on record along with the affidavit-in-reply at Exh.'R-1', the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Perusal of the order dated 20th June, 2019 shows that the petitioner has prayed that 19 days strike period be treated as earned leave and the order takes care of the grievance of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
