Heard learned Advocate for the applicants. Though the learned Advocate for the applicants intends to tag the present incident to his First Information Report (for short "the FIR") i.e. Crime No.263 of 2022 dated 3rd May 2022, it appears that the present FIR in question i.e. Crime No.295 of 2022 is in respect of incident dated 18th May 2022. Specific role has been attributed and charge-sheet is filed. Prima facie supporting statements are there.
