Mr Bhandari, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, in view of the impugned order dated 29th January, 2016 at Exh."F", makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to move an application for issuance of directions to defendant no.2 to the suit, in whose custody documents of sale deed no.1159 of 2002 dated 2nd May, 2002 and correction deed no.552 of 2005, dated 28th February, 2005 are alleged. 2.

Writ Petition, as such stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for. 3.

If such application is moved for issuance of notice to defendant no.2 for production of documents, the same be decided by the Court below

In view of aforesaid, Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
