The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the proposal is forwarded by the Director of Education to the State Government on 24.03.2021 (page no. 287) for grant of CAS benefit. The same is pending. Subsequently, the Deputy Director of Education has forwarded revised proposal to the Director of Education on 01.11.2021 (page no. 292). The directions are sought for decision on the said proposals.

The proposal for CAS benefit (page no. 287) if pending with respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon the said proposal expeditiously and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from today.

In case, revised proposal (page no. 292) is pending with Director of Education, then Director of Education shall forward the same to the State Government preferably within a period of two (02) months and the decision on the same shall be taken by the respondent No. 1 along with initial proposal (page no. 287).
