Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is already granted permission to run classes from 1st to 4th standard. On account of natural growth the proposal is made to give permission from 5th to 7th standard. The said proposal is given in the year 2015, subsequent reminders are also given, however, the same is not being considered. 2.

The respondent No. 3 is served.

The respondent No. 3 shall take decision with regard to the proposal submitted by the petitioner (Exhibit - H), and shall do the necessary process of forwarding it to the appropriate Authority.

The Authorities shall deal with the said proposal and pass necessary orders by the end of April-2018, on its own merits. 5.
