Learned advocate for the applicants refers to paragraph No.4 of present civil application and that the events as have occurred pursuant to order dated 10th January, 2014 have not been realized by him. He submits that this is under inadvertence and, therefore, urges to restore the petition by recalling the order of dismissal of the petition for non compliance. 2.

Having regard to the reasons as have been referred to, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and stands disposed of.
