The applicant prays for a final hearing in WP No.4719/2013, out of turn.

This Court has been taking up old final hearing matters from 1995 onwards on every Thursday. Though Rule has been expedited and the applicant is about 71 years old today, the matter lodged in 2013 cannot be given precedence over very old matters. 3.
