It is revealed during the course of argument that the compensation amount is already withdrawn by the claimants by approaching the executing Court. It is pointed out by Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for the applicants that the executing Court has not allowed the claimants to withdraw the interest part for want of specific orders from this Court.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, it is necessary to allow the claimants to withdraw the interest part as well.

O R D E R

(i) The civil applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
