We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the management, Mr. Chaudhari, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 7, so also the learned Additional Government Pleader.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner is not given benefit of selection grade pay, so also travelling allowance. The petitioner has made that grievance before the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon

2 wp 10643.14 (Exhibit - A).

There are rival contentions. According to the respondent No. 7, the petitioner was terminated from service and was given memos time and again.

The factual matrix will have to be considered by the Education Officer. As the petitioner has already approached the Education Officer, we pass following order.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon shall decide the application/representation (Exhibit - A) filed by the petitioner for grant of selection grade pay and other benefits after hearing the petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the parties. The petitioner and respondent Nos. 7 and 8 may appear before the Education Officer on 03rd September, 2018. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs. [SUNIL K. KOTWAL, J.] [S. V.
