The applicant/original petitioner prays for leave to amend the writ petition by introducing paragraph Nos. 18A to 18C and 19A to 19D. The writ petition is at pre-notice stage. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing on caveat for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has opposed the application. He, however, submits that an affidavit in reply is yet to be filed in the writ petition. 3.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". The petitioner shall amend the writ petition within 4 (four) weeks and shall supply a copy of the amended writ petition to the learned khs/OCT. 2017/12837-d

Advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

In the event, the writ petition is amended on or before 31/10/2017, the writ petition be listed for admission on 01/11/2017 in the 'urgent admission category'.
