The Petitioner has put-forth Prayer Clause (B) as under: "(B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in like nature, to direct the respondent No.3 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to decide the proposal of the petitioner for the post of permanent Headmaster filed by the respondent No.4 on 17.05.2023 as early as possible within period of four weeks and for that purpose, necessary order be passed." 2.

An innocuous prayer is put-forth, hence, the Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.3 to decide the pending proposal within 30 days on it'

s own merits and by following the due procedure of law.
