Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, as per the undertaking of the respondent to this Court on 04th December, 2025, the respondent has withdrawn the application against Applicant Nos. 4 to 7. He also tendered across the bar a copy of the roznama of the trial Court. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purposes. 2.

Perusal of the said roznama, it appears that the respondent has filed the application/pursis before the learned Magistrate, and based on the said pursis, the learned Magistrate has passed the order below Exhibit 1 for deleting the names of Applicant Nos. 4 to 7 from the said proceeding. 3.

It also seems that the application before the learned Magistrate is dismissed against Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 as the application was not pressed on 1 / 2
