The applicant is seeking delay of 11 years and 11 days in filing revie application.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay has been caused mainly due to the other connected matters, herein appeals ere preferred, ere decided after 11 years and thereafter the present applicant took out the revie application for getting same treatment as decided in the aforesaid appeals. 3.
The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is huge delay and the explanation is not proper. He further submits that the revie is also not maintainable. 4.
Ho ever, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in many other matters arising out of land acquisition, has directed that the delay in such matter needs to be considered liberally. In vie of the same, though the delay is huge, but in the interest of justice it stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay, if he gets any
2 932 ca 14901-15 enhanced amount of compensation. The revie application be registered after removal of office objections, if any. The application is accordingly stands disposed of.
