DATED : 10th January, 2017 O R D E R :- Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners. The said proposal is submitted on 3.6.2016. The learned counsel further submits that even inquiry was conducted by the Education Extension Officer and Deputy Education Officer

wp10760.15 (Secondary), but the Education Officer has not taken any decision upon the same.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In case such proposal is pending with the Education Officer i.e. Respondent no.4 in respect of seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon the same, expeditiously, preferably within four months, on its own merits, in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
