It has been submitted on behalf of applicant-Acquiring Body that respondent-original claimant is no more and applicant- Acquiring Body is intending to bring legal representatives of deceased respondentoriginal claimant on record. Therefore, applicant- Acquiring Body moved present applications seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant on record and issue notice to proposed legal representatives of deceased original claimant/respondent.

Issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant.

Mr. S. J. Kakade, learned counsel waives service of notice for proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant and permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant on record.

In view of above submission and reasons mentioned in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (D). The applicant-Acquiring Body is hereby permitted to bring the legal representatives of deceased respondent-original claimant on record by requisite amendment within a week. Accordingly, civil applications stand disposed of.
