After arguing for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. However, he submits that, the proceedings pending before the Family Court, Latur may be expedited. It is reported that the proceedings before the Family Court, Latur, in Petition No. E-15/2021 is posted for the evidence of the petitioner.

Permission granted.

In that view of the matter, the Family Court is requested to endeavour to decide the proceedings pending before him within a period of four months.

Parties shall co-operate for early disposal and no adjournment application be put unless extremely need.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
