This is an application seeking leave to amend the writ petition. The writ petition is pending admission. In the writ petition also though served, none appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

As the writ petition is pending admission, we are considering the application, as even otherwise non applicants

2 ca 13898.16 will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of.
