LRs This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased Khandu Bhima Ingle. The applicants are the legal heirs of the deceased. The deceased died on 02-082020. Death certificate issued by the Grampanchayat is enclosed with the application. The mother of the present applicants Dayabai Ingle also died in 2010.

There is delay of 5250 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed. 4.

Amendment be carried out in the cause title of the appeal and applications within four weeks from today. 5.

The application stands disposed off.

WITHDRAWAL These applications are for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

Considering the submissions the applications are allowed in following terms.

a] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual

b] Further 25% of the amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

c] Remaining 25% of the amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time till appeals are disposed off.

The applications stand disposed off.

STAY.

Since the appellants has already deposited the entire amount as per impugned judgment and award in the office of this court, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award till disposal of the appeals.
