Mr. Panpatee, the learned counsel submits that, Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel has already filed appearance for the respondent No. 2.

Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel further submits that, only limited request is made that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the authorities. The same is not decided.

We have heard Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit - G) is pending with the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
