1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The parties are ad idem that both the suits i.e. Special Civil Suit No.14/2025 and Regular Civil Suit No.175/2025 can be clubbed together and can be decided before the same Court.

2] Considering the same, the Principal Judge, Civil Court at Shrigonda is directed to place both suits i.e. Special Civil Suit No.14/2025 and Regular Civil Suit No.175/2025 before the same Court.

3] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
