It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant Govind Dhulappa Malkunde. Perused the office note and copy of the death certificate produced by the applicants vide Exhibit '

A' (page no.6).

On perusing the copy of the death certificate, it is noticed that original claimant Govind Dhulappa Malkunde died on 17.10.2020. The same date is mentioned by the applicants in para 2 of the civil application. The application needs to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The civil application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
