The proposal for correcting the alleged anomaly in the staffing pattern has been forwarded for appropriate decision to the Director of Education, Pune Division, Pune by communication dated 16.03.2016 and, the proposal is stated to be pending.

In the facts of the case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the Director of Education, Pune Division, Pune to take decision on the proposal in respect of making corrections in the staffing pattern of the year 2013-2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today and, it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
