ORDER:

The affidavit is filed by the respondents No. 1 and 2 as under:

"I say that, after including the names of petitioner in Shalarth Pranali in the Office of Director of Education Pune, the amount of regular salary and the amount of salary arrears of petitioners will be disbursed by Education Officer, Pay and Provident Fund Unit (Secondary), Zilla Parihad, Jalgaon to the petitioners."

As the proposal is sent for including the name of petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali, it is expected of the respondents to take steps with regard to payment of salary of the petitioner immediately. Mr Panpatte, learned counsel for petitiner submits that, the salary is not paid since the year 2013. It appears that there is no dispute of the approval being granted to the petitioner, as such endeavour should be made upon availability of funds to pay the salary of the petitioner by end of March-2018.
