ble Court may please to direct the respondent/the Chief Executive Officer, Z.P., Dhule, to consider and decide the claim/ representations of the petitioner annexed at Exhibit-D dated 05.01.2023 and 21.11.2022 requesting to give posting to the petitioner within the radius of 30 kms. from the working place of her spouse under the head of Couple Convenience Policy.

The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 and 4/ Zilla Parishad submits that, the representations of the Petitioner would be considered strictly in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which pertains to the couple convenience transfer and such couples are to be posted within the distance of 30 kilometers from each other.

We expect the Zilla Parishad to consider the representations of the Petitioner and decide the same, preferably, within 45 days from today.
