By this Civil Application, the applicant/petitioner is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. Admittedly, there is a delay of 862 days in filing this Civil Application.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B & C), subject to deposit of cost of Rs.5,000/- with the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
